The Heart Behind SMC Events
Hi, I'm Stephanie Clemente Johnson, founder of SMC Events and the person making sure your event stays stress-free, seamless, and beautifully you.
After 18 years as an Executive Assistant, I've managed high-stakes corporate retreats, family celebrations that made Tías cry happy tears, and everything in between. I've chased vendors, solved problems nobody saw coming, and made sure every person in the room felt taken care of.
I started SMC Events because I kept seeing the same thing, people pouring their hearts into an event and burning out before they got to enjoy it. Or worse, handing it off and getting something so generic it didn't reflect their cultura, their brand, or their story at all.
That's not how it should be.
Your event should feel like you. And you should actually get to be present for it. Sí, de verdad.
